Open Energy Corporation Signs Supply MOU with Inverter Manufacturer PV Powered OEM Relationship enables easy-to-install and maintain solar solutions for new and retrofit residential construction markets. Open Energy Corporation (Solana Beach, CA, OTCBB: OEGY) announced today a MOU establishing an OEM relationship with US inverter manufacturer PV Powered (Bend, OR) to provide complete, ready-to-install solar energy inverters and monitoring systems to the new home construction industry.
