Optional Subcombiner Monitoring

Optional inverter integrated subcombiner monitoring offers valuable sub-array DC current data from the factory. This solutions is beyond “plug & play” because the hardware, power supply and data stream are already integrated at the factory with no plug in required. Subcombiner monitoring data is delivered to the web as soon as the inverter is connected to the monitoring system. Data can be displayed in graphical format and historic data can be analyzed. The user can also set alarms based on absolute values or differential values or both depending on the chosen software provider.

Technical Data
Each input is measured using a 0-100A current transducer. The output of each current transducer is converted to a modbus signal using an analog to digital device. From there the data is routed to the inverter monitoring hub where it is sent to the database and presented on the graphical interface provided by the chosen third party monitoring provider. Each input measurement is accurate to within 1.2 amps.
